Instructions
USE: Take one 25 ml dose per day. For best results, it is recommended to consume collagen before or 1-2 hours after eating. A measuring cap is included with the bottle to measure the dose. The product can be diluted with water or another beverage/food if desired. It is recommended to consume in a 60-90 day course for best results.
Collagen supplements can generally be taken at any time, depending on a person’s personal preferences and daily schedule.
