Swanson Shilajit extract contains TruFulvic® purified shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum) extract standardised to contain at least 70% fulvic acids. Shilajit is known in the Ayurvedic tradition as an adaptogen that supports the body’s overall vitality and energy levels. This supplement is designed to support cognitive health and energy metabolism.
Shilajit is a natural resinous substance that occurs mainly in the Himalayas, Altai and Tibetan mountains in cracks in rocks. It is a mixture of organic matter and minerals, formed by thousands of years of decomposition of plant material.
