OstroVit Vitamin B Complex is a dietary supplement, a source of vitamin B enriched with vitamins C and E. B vitamins are vital for our nervous system – reducing stress, improving mood and mental performance.

B-group vitamins are necessary for digesting carbohydrates and for energy production:
