What is Matcha?
Matcha, which is literally a powdered tea, is an energising and cleansing drink made from the leaves of the bamboo plant. As they grow in the shade of the bamboo, they acquire unique properties. In the production process, the leaves are carefully powdered and then boiled in hot water. Due to its high content of active ingredients, Matcha is often considered the healthiest tea in the world. The lack of sunlight during the plant’s growth makes Matcha rich in chlorophyll and L-theanine. It also contains more caffeine than other teas.
USAGE: Dissolve 1 dose of 2.5 g (5 scoops) in 200-250 ml of hot but not boiling water. Consume 1-2 times a day, depending on your needs. Can also be used as an addition to cakes, milkshakes and soups.
