OstroVit Magnesium is a powdered food supplement containing only efficiently absorbed magnesium citrate.
Magnesium is an essential mineral and the second largest electrolyte in the human body, necessary for the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, and especially for the functioning of the heart muscles, brain and nervous system.In addition, magnesium supports metabolism and has a beneficial effect on blood sugar.
Magnesium also has antioxidant properties and therefore helps strengthen our immune system. Magnesium also regulates the absorption of calcium in the body. Magnesium relaxes tense muscles and calms the nerves and has a beneficial effect on stress. Magnesium rises in the body within about 6 weeks of Magnesium intake.
The product is characterised by high bioavailability and has no added preservatives, flavourings or anti-caking agents.
Directions for use: dissolve one serving of 2.7g (3 scoops) in 100-150 ml water or juice. Take one serving per day.
