OSAVI Vitamin D3 4000 IU supports the immune system and helps maintain normal muscle, bone and dental health.

One capsule of Osavi Vitamin D3 contains 4000IU (cholecalciferol) dissolved in coconut MCT oil. Quali®-D is a stable and bioavailable form of vitamin D3 derived naturally from lanolin.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, cell division, and the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, two essential nutrients for our body.

We need to get enough vitamin D, especially during the dark winter months, but it can be difficult to maintain the right levels through diet. The over-75s are particularly vulnerable to vitamin D deficiency. For this reason, it is advisable to take increased doses of vitamin D throughout the year. Adequate amounts of vitamin D increase bone density and reduce the risk of falls and fractures.

Directions for use: take 1 capsule daily.Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. We recommend taking one capsule with or immediately after meals.
