Osavi Omega 3 fish oil is produced in Norway from natural, open water fish. Fish oil contains essential unsaturated fatty acids (DHA and EPA) in a natural, highly absorbable triglyceride (TG) form.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon (5 ml).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 1 teaspoon daily. Take 1 tsp daily. 1 tsp. We recommend taking with or immediately after meals.
WARNINGS AND STORAGE: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The recommended daily intake should not exceed the recommended daily intake. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. The supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
