Directions for use
Short-term use only: Adults and adolescents up to 3 tablets daily. Do not use in children 12 years of age and younger, unless advised by a doctor.
NB! It is very important to consult your GP before taking iodine tablets, as excessive iodine intake can be harmful to your health.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, taking thyroid or other medicines, or if you have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For short-term use only.
