Delivery in Estonia
SmartPosti parcel terminals are located indoors and are mainly installed in various shopping centres across Estonia.
Parcels are protected all year round from possible damage caused by cold, heat or humidity caused by the weather.
When the parcel arrives, an SMS message containing the location of the parcel terminal and the door code is sent to your mobile phone.
Omniva’s parcel machines are open 24 hours a day and are located in easily accessible locations.
When the goods arrive at the parcel machine, an SMS message with the location of the parcel machine and the door code will be sent to your mobile phone.
Six days a week (Mon-Fri), parcel delivery on the day after the order is placed (except Sunday and small islands). The customer can choose the time of day (9.00-17.00 or 17.00-21.00) to pick up the parcel and order it to work or home.
On the morning of the day of delivery, the customer will be informed of the arrival of the parcel by SMS. The courier will call the customer before delivering the parcel.
If the parcel cannot be delivered the first time, the courier will arrange another time if necessary. According to the customer’s wishes, it is also possible to redirect the parcel to a suitable parcel machine at no extra charge.
Delivery in Finland

Delivery in Lithuania

When the goods arrive at the parcel machine, an SMS message with the location of the parcel machine and the door code will be sent to your mobile phone.
During campaigns and public holidays, there may be delays in delivery. If for any reason the delivery is disrupted, we will contact you immediately.
NOTE! The parcel will be held at the parcel machine for 7 calendar days from the time the door code is sent to your mobile phone. The parcel will then be returned to the sender (Vitaplus OÜ), after which the order can be picked up at our warehouse or the transport fee can be paid again.
