Instructions
Suggested intake
Take 6.5 g (1 scoop) per day, daily. Dissolve 1 serving (6.5 g) in 250 ml of water or juice. On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before or immediately after training. On rest days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or before going to bed.
