Trace Minerals Ionic Copper, 59ml
Copper is an essential mineral that the human body cannot produce or store for long periods of time. Copper helps activate the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase.
Copper also plays an important role in many physiological processes, such as energy production in the body, healthy red blood cell formation, proper enzyme reactions, efficient use of iron and the maintenance of healthy connective tissue, hair and eyes.
Ionic copper provides 333% of the daily requirement of copper per serving, plus over 72 naturally occurring ionic minerals from the Great Salt Lake.
Use: Take 1.25 ml (¼ teaspoon) daily with juice or food. Do not store in the refrigerator. Shake well.
