Instructions
USAGE: Take 15ml of Swedish Nutra liquid silica every morning. Shake before use. Dilute with water to neutralize the taste. After opening, store in the refrigerator. Contains 33 daily doses.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature away from sunlight.
