Instructions
USAGE: Take one 25 ml dose per day. For best results, it is recommended to consume collagen before or 1-2 hours after eating. A measuring cap is included with the bottle to measure the dose. The product can be diluted with water or another beverage/food if desired. It is recommended to consume collagen in a course of 4-12 weeks.
