Directions for use
Take 1 serving (2 tablets) daily before meals.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet! Keep out of the reach of children. This product is not suitable for people taking blood clot-reducing medicines containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and azenocoumarol).
It is advisable to have a blood test for 25-(OH)D and consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
