OstroVit Guarana VEGE is a natural dietary supplement containing guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana), which known for its high caffeine content, which helps reduce fatigue and improve concentration.
Guarana (Paullinia cupana) – a tropical plant native to the Amazon rainforest, growing mainly in Venezuela and northern Brazil. It is a climbing shrub with woody vines that can reach up to 12 metres in height. The plant has large leaves, small white flowers and fruits clustered in elongated clusters. Above all, however, guarana is known for its seeds, which have been used for centuries to treat various ailments.
The plant’s popularity stems from its high caffeine content – the seeds contain more of this valuable compound than coffee, tea or yerba mate. The seed extract used in OstroVit is standardised to a caffeine content of 22%, which ensures a high concentration of the active ingredient in each tablet and makes it a high quality food supplement.
