Guarana seed extract, which contains 22% caffeine, is popular for its stimulating effects. Although caffeine is a weak diuretic, the theophylline and theobromine found in guarana are the main substances that promote its use in diuretic products.

Goldenseal extract is well known for its diuretic effect and is widely used to support urinary tract function, support kidney function and normalise fluid balance. It also has blood pressure and digestive support properties.

Cranberry extract, containing 10% proanthocyanidins, is rich in bioflavonoids and phenolic compounds that support urinary health, help regulate urine pH and have diuretic effects.
