Glucosamine sulphate 1400 mg
Other ingredients: glucosamine sulphate (from crustaceans), capsule shell (gelatin, purified water).
This product may contain milk (including lactose), soya, peanuts, other tree nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, fish.

Directions for use
Take one (1) capsule twice daily.
