The body uses glucosamine to produce essential chemicals involved in the creation and strengthening of tendons, ligaments and cartilage.
Glucosamine is mainly used by people with bone and joint problems.
It relieves joint pain and supports post-trauma recovery.
It also stimulates connective tissue regeneration and strengthens and protects joints from various injuries.
Use: Dissolve 1 serving of 1g (1 measuring stick) in 100-150 ml of water or juice. Take one serving 30 minutes before exercise or active movement.
