BCAA – Branched Chain Amino Acids
Ostrovit BCAA 8:1:1 consists of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids cannot be produced by the human body. BCAA 8:1:1 has a significantly higher proportion of leucine compared to regular BCAA, which is the most important of the three amino acids as it supports the most processes in the body.
