Description
OstroVit BCAA 2-1-1 is a dietary supplement containing the highest quality branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 2:1:1 ratio. These amino acids include: leucine, isoleucine, valine. These amino acids are crucial because they are part of the group of essential amino acids that our body cannot synthesize.
Amino acids are an integral part of protein synthesis and more than 30% of our muscles are made up of BCAAs. Without a doubt, BCAAs are fundamental in our diet not only for health, but also for muscle building and recovery after hard training. The intake of BCAAs should be increased in people who exercise and are more physically active. As physical activity increases, the need for essential amino acids increases.
BCAAs increase lipolysis, i.e. the oxidation of fatty acids – an ideal supplement for reducing body fat.
Directions for use: mix 10 g (1.7 scoops) in 100-150 ml water or juice. On training days, consume one serving daily before or after training. On non-workout days, consume one serving after waking up.
