Osavi Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement contains cholecalciferol, a naturally occurring form of vitamin D. It is combined with K2Vital® menaquinone, a naturally occurring and highly absorbable form of vitamin K2. Both vitamins are dissolved in MCT oil derived from 100% coconut oil for improved absorption.
Vitamin D is a vital contributor to immune and bone health, and is one of the most important nutrients in our daily diet. Together with vitamin K2, it helps maintain strong and healthy bones, while vitamin D alone supports calcium absorption, dental health and normal muscle function.
