Description
Osavi Omega-3 Fish Oil is a dietary supplement containing 1,000 mg of molecularly distilled fish oil per capsule. The fish oil is derived from sustainably caught pelagic fish – anchovies, sardines, mackerel and tuna.
The product contains the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which support normal heart, brain and vision function. The natural lemon flavour helps to reduce the aftertaste of fish oil.

The process helps remove harmful substances such as heavy metals (e.g. mercury), PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) and other toxins that fish can pick up from the sea.
Preserves nutrients
Molecular distillation takes place at low temperatures, which helps preserve sensitive omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) – they are easily oxidised by heat.
