Beta-Alanine capsules, which are easily digestible and contain the amino acids beta-alanine and L-histidine, as well as vitamins B5 and B6.
L-histidine is an indispensable amino acid that works very effectively with beta-alanine. When both amino acids are present in sufficient amounts, the body produces carnosine. Elevated levels of carnosine help to regulate muscle pH, which in turn improves physical performance.
Regular use of beta-alanine helps to reduce muscle fatigue and allows for a gradual increase in training load.
It is aimed at strength and endurance athletes who train intensively and want to maximise their athletic ability and performance.

Instructions
USE: 2-4 capsules 60 minutes before training. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules 60 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
