BetterYou magnesium flakes are made from magnesium chloride mined from the Zechstein seabed at a depth of 1600m, where it has been deposited and purified for over 250 million years. Zechstein’s magnesium chloride has remained untainted by pollution, making it one of the cleanest in the world.

A bath for the whole body: Add 250 g of BetterYou magnesium flakes to the bath water, relax and enjoy for 20 minutes. or longer.
NB! Bath water should not be too hot, the suitable temperature for optimal absorption of magnesium is 38-41 °C. Water that is too hot can cause magnesium to be released rather than absorbed.
