Ingredients
Fish oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin K (menaquinone).

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal and water. Always close the package carefully after use.
It is advisable to determine the blood level of 25-(OH)D before use and to consult a doctor or pharmacist about the results. The product should not be consumed by people taking blood thinners containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and azenocoumarol).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at 15-25°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
