Instructions
USE: Within 24 hours, consume up to 10ml of the product as needed (10ml=2 teaspoons). It is recommended to take the product 1-2 hours before going to bed.
Liposomal chamomile can be consumed neat or mixed with juice or water, for example.
CARE: Keep the product in a cool place, away from sunlight and heat. Store in the refrigerator after opening and use within 6 weeks.
